Hey there, my name is Roxanne "Roxy" van Rensburg and baking is my passion. I have been a pastry chef for a few years at a well known hotel, but unfortunately I had to resign due to my disability. Despite the circumsatnces, I never allowed that to stop me, as I knew that God had other plans. This is where and how Roxy's Cake Boutique was born. Currently I bake from home and manage everything myself. Although things can sometimes be tough mentally, physically and financially, I continue to trust God's plan and continue to trust his timing. My ultimate dream is to someday have my own bakery shop as I absolutely love confectionary and baking has always been my joy and passion, it brings a smile to my face to see people enjoying what I do and being able to contribute to their special moment is an absolute pleasure. I also hope to inspire others to pursue their dreams despite their current circumstances.
